Using Dreamweaver on Linux

How do we get Dreamweaver ported to Linux? There is Aptana, Quanta, Kompozer, and Bluefish, but not much else in the way of actual, usable web development platforms for Linux. The Linux platform is so compelling for everything else, and there aren't many web developers left who haven't fired up a Linux workstation. So what gives?
